Where are you located?
We set up shop in Hemet CA but mainly shoot in Temecula, Riverside, Menifee, Canyon Lake/surrounding areas but will travel further (San Diego, OC etc) for a small fee.
Do I need to show up to the shoot?
No. We know that you are busy and know what we are doing! If you have a branded/talking portion on your video you will need to be there for about 30-45mins but if not don’t have to be there unless you would like to.
Do you do one day turnaround?
We offer one day turnaround on all of our work when applicable/planned ahead of time for a small fee. Our editing process takes longer than most companies as we really try and go the extra mile and offer a lot but realize sometimes you need your content asap and are here to take care of that!
Will you shoot in 4k?
Our cameras have the ability to shoot 4k 120 for crisp footage and smooth slow mo but this increases the file sizes and editing on our end dramatically and in most cases won’t be utilized to it’s full viewing potential anyways. If you have a want or need for 4k footage reach out to us and we can do that for you for a small added fee.
How many photos do you include?
The amount of photos changes depending on the size of the property, but you can expect anywhere from 40-90 edited photos to choose from per shoot.
How far will you go for Shoots?
We will drive pretty far past our 30mile radius depending on the project and just charge a small per mile fee after 30 miles to help cover some travel expense.
Do all video packages come with a branded and unbranded video?
Yes! We will include two separate videos for you even if you don’t want the talking portion in your video. The branded will include your logo and information for you to use on Social Media.
Do you shoot on weekends?
While we would rather to shoot on weekdays if possible, we shoot Saturdays when we are available. In that scenario we don’t however count Sundays as a day in our two day turnaround and all work will be completed by Tuesday.
